Drop-In Details

This summer, we are so excited to be offering, unlimited free drop-ins for registered families who just want a little extra music one week. (This is in addition to our unlimited make-up policy  for any scheduled classes you have to miss.)
 

How It Works

To keep our circles comfortable and high-quality for everyone, drop-in spots and make-up classes are available on a space-permitting basis, and reservations are required before you head out the door.
During Week 2 of the semester, we will send out two separate portal links so you can manage your schedule online:
  • For Extra Music (Drop-ins): You will receive a dedicated drop-in sign-up link. You can use this to search for open spots, see what's available each week, and reserve an extra class on the fly.
  • For Missed Classes (Make-ups): You will receive a separate make-up link. If you have to miss your regular class, just use this portal to let us know which date you're missing and grab an open make-up spot.
How You Can Help
  • Let your teacher know if you have planned absences due to travel or other commitments! This allows us to open your seat for a drop-in.
  • If you reserve a drop-in or a make-up class but realize you can't make it, please let us know or cancel your spot online so we can open it up for another family.
