We are committed to providing a joyful, safe, and organized environment for our musical families.
Please review our policies regarding attendance, health, and tuition.
Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Our refund structure is based on the timing of your request:
- Before the first class: full refund (minus a $45 cancellation fee)
- After classes begin: refund of 50% of total tuition (minus a $45 cancellation fee)
- After the 4th week of class: no refunds issued
Make-Up Class Policy
We offer a flexible, unlimited make-up policy to ensure your child never misses out on the music!
- All make-ups must be scheduled via our Online Makeup Scheduler, which becomes available after the second week of the session. To ensure a quality experience and proper room capacity, we cannot accommodate unscheduled drop-ins.
- Make-ups are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. You may attend a make-up class at any of our locations and with any of our teachers, subject to availability.
- If you cannot find a make-up time that fits your current schedule, you may carry up to one makeup into a future session, provided you are a registered participant in that upcoming session.
Canceled Class Policy
- Inclement Weather: If we must cancel class due to weather, we will bring the music to your home via a virtual class option (either a live Zoom session or a recorded class).
- Teacher/Location Availability: We are generally able to provide a substitute teacher when needed, but if a class must be cancelled due to teacher or location availability, we will make every effort to schedule a makeup class. Families may attend the scheduled makeup class, or choose any available makeup from our makeup scheduler.
Minimum Enrollment
To ensure a vibrant musical experience, we require a minimum level of enrollment for each class to proceed.
If your class must be canceled due to low enrollment, we will contact you to help find an alternative day, time, or location that fits your schedule. If we cannot find a suitable alternative for your family, we will provide a full refund.
Community Health
We care deeply about the health and safety of all our families and teachers. Thank you for sharing this concern and helping our community stay safe. We have a generous makeup policy, so never hesitate to keep your child home if you suspect they may be ill.
Classroom Procedures:
- Participants should wash hands or use the provided hand sanitizer upon arrival.
- At your own discretion, you may choose to wear a mask during class.
- All classroom instruments are thoroughly cleaned between every class. You are also welcome to bring your own instruments from home if you prefer.
Sick Child Policy:
If you suspect your child is ill, please take advantage of our generous make-up policy and stay home. Children must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours before returning to class if they have experienced:
- Fever (must be fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication)
- Diarrhea
- Vomiting
- Cold/Flu-like symptoms
- Head Lice
- Communicable diseases (e.g., Pink Eye, Strep Throat, HFMD, RSV).
Note: Please notify us immediately if your child contracts a highly contagious virus. We will alert other families in the class anonymously to ensure community safety.
