Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions:

We can’t wait to make music with you. Please save documentation for your records. Below you will find an overview of our policies and the terms of your registration.

Minimum Enrollment Policy

To ensure a vibrant musical experience, we require a minimum level of enrollment for each class to proceed. If your class must be canceled due to low enrollment, we will contact you to help find an alternative day, time, or location that fits your schedule. If we cannot find a suitable alternative for your family, we will provide a full refund.

Refund Policy

Before the first class, a full refund is available, minus a $45 cancellation fee. After classes begin, a 50% tuition refund is available, minus a $45 cancellation fee. After the 4th week, no refunds will be issued.

Make-Up Policy

We offer a flexible, unlimited make-up policy. The makeup schedule becomes available after the second week of the session.

Community Health & Safety

Please keep your child home if they have experienced fever (100°F+), vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious symptoms (like pink eye or strep) in the last 24 hours. If your child contracts a highly contagious virus, please notify us immediately so we can alert other families anonymously.

Canceled Classes

  • Inclement Weather: If we must cancel class due to weather, we will bring the music to your home via a virtual class option (either a live Zoom session or a recorded class).
  • Teacher Absence: We are generally able to provide a substitute teacher when needed, but if a class must be cancelled due to teacher or location availability, we will make every effort to schedule a makeup class. Families may attend the scheduled makeup class, or choose any available makeup from our makeup scheduler.

Privacy & Media

To respect the privacy of all families, photos and videos are not allowed during class. We want you to be fully present with your child! On rare occasions, we may ask for a waiver to take promotional photos; this is entirely optional.
