The City Church staff and Music Together of Charlotte have consulted and created this plan in case of emergency.

* Exterior doors will remain locked during class.

* The main double doors facing Westover St (where you usually come in) will be open starting about 10 minutes before class,so families can come in as usual. 

*Exterior doors will be closed and locked right before the beginning of class.  

Note:  If you arrive late and the doors are locked,  go to the side door (follow the path toward the lawn on your left) and ring the CityKidz doorbell.  We should be able to hear the doorbell in the classroom, and someone will let you in.

*Please do NOT use the buzzer by the main double doors facing Westover St, as this goes to the church offices upstairs.  

*If someone is substitute teaching, in advance of class they will share their cell phone # so that if for some reason no one responds to the bell, you can text.
